Well, that was a better reading year than anticipated I set myself a goal of 40 books in 2017 (as I thought I just wouldn’t get time for books considering all the travel we were doing) and I managed to surpass that goal by 16 books! Go me Some of the books were graphic novels and other shorter books but stillllll good right ?;)

Good Reads Reading Challenge:
I just use this as an overall book tracker and counter….So I did say at the beginning of 2017 that I won’t count the books I started reading in 2016 and finishing up in 2017 so hence why GR counters show 60 and I have counted it as 56, for those of you who are wondering
Netgalley & Edelweiss Reading Challenge:
Well clearly I was having a good time with this! Hahaha…I think I was totally focusing on this challenge to have a good rating on NG and have a chance to get book approvals by Edelweiss and increase my blogger profile a little I think it has worked so far as I’ve managed to get some get ARCs from both sites, so I’m pretty happy with that! I did really surpass this challenge and I had a great time doing it!
Oldie but a Goodie Reading Challenge 2017:
I thought 10 books would be manageable but I only read five books..Kinda sad about this one because I love the older style romances and probably enjoy them more than some of the newer releases.
Read Harder Reading Challenge 2017:
Omg I’m so proud of myself with this one! 23/24 books! Ooooh soo close to 100%! Seriously I did not even think I would prioritise this challenge at all but so so glad I did…One of the best challenges I have done because I did want to read some books that were not romance novels BUT whenever I could fit a romance that would fit this challenge I did hehe I managed to sneak in the 23rd book just yesterday on the 31st and I’m finishing off “Radium Girls” hopefully soon, which is my 24th book for this challenge.
So overall, I did pretty well and for 2018 if I plan myself a little better, I will most likely have a good chance of finishing these challenges!
I have gone even crazier than last year and joined 10 challenges…..hahaha I think I have a problem! My 2018 Challenge Page will be up soon! Look out for it
